      Pros

      Direct team is great, friendly and helpful navigating through the mess. Remote role w/ decent benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of any real concrete career development or areas of interest for one to pivot laterally. Unattainable goals at times. Cross functional teams seem to row in different directions. Industry is a hot mess. Product can be very clunky. "Nice to have" product for certain markets. The role oscillates from SDR, AE, AM, and CSM responsibilities, lacking avenues to truly specialize on the GTM side. Can go on but rather not.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with. It feels like working with your friends. Work is also very engaging with some interesting problems to solve within the cannabis space.

      Cons

      We have had layoffs. The cannabis industry as a whole is being weighed down by federal cannabis policies; until that changes, it's basically operating with a 1-ton of ball and chain.
