Pros
Compensation is excellent, better than most automotive tier 1 suppliers. Employees are great to work with and there's a sense of "family" on the Southfield campus - but be careful.
Cons
Lear has a new Learship model they have applied and if you don't fit that mold and embrace change you're out.
