- Zero diversity. Don't have these campaigns about diversity and then fail to hire anyone in those demographics. They created an office in Utah which doesn't help further this notion.
- The fun culture that made us perform so well as a company is gone. It feels like the core of the CX team as a whole (Success, Support, Implementation) has been burned to the ground, and leadership is constantly trying to change things for the worse. If you have to change things that much, you're the problem.
- Healthcare costs in the US have skyrocketed. The poor pay raises (1-2%) are negated by how insanely expensive it is for health insurance. Absolutely zero response from the people ops team on why the company continues to do nothing.
- Sales team seems to be unfairly propped up and treated like royalty. The whole team gets flown to Dublin, doesn't perform well, and they do it again. Why not reward those who actually do well?!
- They just had layoffs, and many of us were shocked at those who were let go...and those who weren't. It was not handled well.
- Pay, especially in the US, is pretty far below the norm at other companies. I've begun looking for other jobs, as my patience is gone.
