1. I worked at LearnUpon as a Data Analyst, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for.
2. From day one, I was handed work without any proper onboarding, context, or support.
3. Leadership — particularly the COO and CEO — fostered a culture where employees were expected to deliver without guidance, clarity, or involvement.
4. Instead of promoting collaboration or professional growth, they set unrealistic expectations and remained disengaged from the daily realities faced by the team.
5. The work environment lacked psychological safety. Colleagues from other teams were often dismissive, unhelpful, and at times, outright rude.
6. Constructive feedback was neither encouraged nor appreciated, and there was virtually no investment in employee development, mentorship, or well-being.
7. I did not feel respected, valued, or supported in my role. Leadership consistently failed in communication, empathy, and in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
