      Supportive teams and cross functional partners. Focus on innovation (AI trainings, dedicated time to experiment with new technologies, competitions, etc.). Real focus and alignment on company goals and priorities.

      Cons

      Pay by location (regional based) makes it challenging when considering relocating.

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
