Pros
Lots of food here.
Cons
This place is nowhere for an adult to work. LegalZoom rips customers off big time by using scare tactics yet prides themselves in integrity. There is no room for growth here unless you are friends with the "higher-ups" (as they call themselves). People get promoted if you are friends with managers, play basketball with a manager or dating a manager. This place is full of drama- People cheating on husbands and wives and a very unprofessional place to work. There are no fraternizing rules so everyone hooks up with everyone. I stayed at LegalZoom for 3 years because it was good money but just a horrible company. I was one of the top sales reps for over a year straight and being one of the top 15 sales reps is the only way to make good money here. If you do not catch on fast do not bother. They will replace you so fast. They micromanage you here down to how long you are in the restroom. It's a bit overboard if you ask me. Feels like you are in high school having to answer to a teacher asking why you took to long in the bathroom. Management is not understanding in any way. There were a few times I was #3 sales rep and I still got stuck with working weekends despite personal reasons to be off on Sundays. They do not care and will give you what you get (schedule-wise). Overall not a good company. They still after 16 years of business operate like a start-up having no idea whats going on. They leave their employees in the dark about everything. You get no training on major product changes until changes go live and everyone is scrambling trying to get everyone on the same page.
