      The people on the floor, the amenities of the building, the events and location

      Cons

      Everything else. Management is horrible in every level all the way to the top. It's a HR nightmare and all the managers have a blind eye to the horror of the culture they have created.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
