      Pros

      High autonomy and agency in the work that I do. Tech stack is modern in a lot of places. Leadership is supportive of making longer-term investments and not just trying to ship the next feature.

      Cons

      Legacy tech can make things challenging - but leadership understands this.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Allows remote for the time being

      Cons

      AI everywhere. It seems like a return to office mandate is right around the corner (no longer allowing new remote employees). Code quality doesn't seem important anymore, only how much you can get done with AI.
