Pros
The one silver lining was the benefits package, which was indeed impressive. However, don't get your hopes up for career advancement or meaningful appreciation for your efforts.
Cons
While the potential for greatness was there, unfortunately, it remained just that—potential. The leadership was more focused on talking big than actually caring for their employees. The culture demanded constant proof of your worth, requiring relentless hours just to hold onto your job. Despite committing over a decade to the company and contributing significantly to its growth, there was little to no recognition in terms of raises or job titles. It was disheartening to see hard work go unrewarded, especially in an environment that could have thrived with the right leadership.
