      Benefits are alright, and PTO starts at 3 weeks; 2 weeks vacation 1 week sick leave.

      Cons

      Little to no interaction with higher management and not many opportunities for advancing within the company. Raises are often around 2%. No opportunity for bonuses unless you're management.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
