Pros
The salary is good and benefits are ok
Cons
Will not pay for technical training to improve productivity. Refusal to hire sufficient staff to allow a realistic chance of meeting contractual obligations to client Expect employees to work unlimited unpaid overtime. Salaried staff is expected to work a minimum of 50 - 60 hours per week Company makes it difficult to take time off and then stops accrual of Paid Time off when limit is reached. So if you meet their expectations for worked hours and for abstaining from taking PTO (Paid Time Off), you don't get bonuses, overtime, and are penalized by losing PTO
