We are sorry to hear that you have gained such a negative impression of us and did not feel comfortable working at LemonOne.
We fully agree with you, that our employees are the most valuable asset! Therefore, we highly appreciate the impact each individual creates - regardless of the position. We attach great importance to place trust in our employees by giving everyone the opportunity to take responsibility and participate in the development of the company at an early stage.
We are a big fan of trusting relationships based on empowerment and personal growth as well as creating a working atmosphere where our employees feel at home. Therefore, we prefer immaterial things such as regular team events to material things. However, we will keep your suggestions regarding further benefits in mind. We are sorry to hear that you did not experience this.
Due to our growth and rapid development, our structures and processes change quickly and every single employee is important to actively lead the company to its optimum. Among other things, the sales team actively contributes to our growth, which is why it is particularly important to us that the commission models are fair. Thank you for raising this point. We will definitely look into it again to make sure that none of our team members have this feeling.
