      Pros

      No pros at all. Don't get fooled by the positive reviews here, all these reviews are written by the management itself to attract the people and employees towards their company. Many people have left the company, and the remaining ones are looking for a job change. If you have a cool and fun-loving attitude, they can fire you any time.

      Cons

      Everything is a con there. If you want to destroy your career please join this company. They will cancel your appraisal giving all the stupid reasons in the world.

      Thank you for your feedback. We take such comments very seriously, and this particular situation will be investigated thoroughly. In regards to appraisals, every effort is made on behalf of management to ensure appraisals are conducted on time. Oh and, by the way, we are always actively looking for people with cool and fun-loving attitudes!

      Company culture great. Given license to really affect change with the decisions you make. Heading in a good direction.

      Pros

      The support and management team are second to none. There is great spirit in the office with everyone driving to a common goal. It;s genuinely fun being here and never feels like a chore

      None that I can think of!
