If you are a relative of directors, you will get a good appraisal without doing any job. 40% of employees are relatives in this company who always ready discourage your morality. If you are not a relative of directors, be ready to work like a donkey. No appreciation for good work and they will increase your salary 1000 rupees after one year. Also, no job security at all. They can fire you with no reason left.

We may operate very much like a family, but our employees are hired based solely on experience and the value they will bring to the business. Relatives and "some" (may be one or few) Illiterate peoples are leading there. They don't even write their name properly, not even pronounce their names properly. Being a technical post graduate, I faced lot of issues there. there is no work exposure. You cannot learn anything new. Now coming to the appraisal point, they always make an excuse and try to delay it by 3 to 6 months more after completion of 1 year. Pathetic.!!!

Pros

No pros at all. Don't get fooled by the positive reviews here, all these reviews are written by the management itself to attract the people and employees towards their company. Many people have left the company, and the remaining ones are looking for a job change. If you have a cool and fun-loving attitude, they can fire you any time.

Cons

Everything is a con there. If you want to destroy your career please join this company. They will cancel your appraisal giving all the stupid reasons in the world.

In regards to appraisals, every effort is made on behalf of management to ensure appraisals are conducted on time. Oh and, by the way, we are always actively looking for people with cool and fun-loving attitudes!
