Pros
LevelEleven is incredible. Everyone here is hard-working and incredibly smart, yet humble. Our cultural values support work/life balance, and our CEO is the best example of that I've ever seen -- he sincerely wants us to have healthy lives outside of work, and expects us to take time off when we have family (or other outside) priorities. Beyond that, because we're still smaller and growing, we have the opportunity to take on as much as we'd like work-wise, so there's opportunity for tremendous professional development. We're all working hard to keep growing this business, and I know that big things are ahead here.
Cons
I can't think of any cons, but, like any environment, this is not the right place for everyone. If you're looking for a 9-5 job where you can just check out and don't have to put in extra effort, this is not a fit.
