Pros

Working remotely at Lever Foundation for more than three years as a Campaign Manager has been a consistently positive experience, with a supportive international culture, clear management, and transparent communication through weekly updates and quarterly feedback. Tasks are well-defined, expectations are easy to follow, and the organisation does a good job of making you feel included and valued even when the team is spread across different regions.

Cons

Working across multiple time zones and markets can be challenging, and the fully online setup means we don’t get many chances to meet in person. Still, the regular video check-ins and the team’s “we’ll make it work” attitude help bridge that gap and keep everyone aligned with our mission of building a more sustainable food supply chain in Asia and beyond.

Pros

1. Trustful and encouraging management: The founder sets a powerful tone with his trustful and highly encouraging management style, empowering the team to excel and take ownership of their work and creating a transparent and supportive environment. 2. Meaningful work: Staff members have a genuine appreciation for the opportunity to spend their time working on high-impact programs that deliver real-world results. 3. Rapid, high-impact growth: It's incredibly exciting to see the engagement work grow from scratch in Asia to now cover thousands of hotels and restaurants. 4. Supportive team culture: Beyond the leadership, the entire team is consistently friendly, supportive, easy to work with, and respectful. This positive culture makes the challenging, high-stakes work significantly more enjoyable.

Cons

1. Remote work environment: Since the teams are remote, we don't see each other in person as often as we might like. 2. Challenging subject matter: The work can at times be difficult because we are introducing new topics and concepts to many companies in Asia
