- Executive team lacks leadership skills, foresight. I've never worked anywhere with such poor leadership. The law firm is obviously financially successful but there's not one employee who would ever go to bat for or put in 0.1% beyond what is required for those in charge here. - High turnover rate, because people either get tired of leadership and quit, or leadership gets tired of employees who push back against their bad decisions and fire them. - Mediocre pay
