      The old batch of tax personnel in Lexington were warm, friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      The overall management had no clear direction of company. Wasted lots of money outsourcing the tax function to EY.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
