      Pros

      Very supportive Internship program in the sense that everyone respects the fact that you are there to learn as much as work. Great opportunities to learn how to present yourself in a more business-like fashion. Finally, awesome locations to be placed at.

      Cons

      The only con that comes to mind is perhaps having more performance reviews throughout the internship program instead of solely a large one at the end.

      Pros

      Dynamic, entrepreneurial culture, global approach, visionary leadership. All employees regardless of level are heard and expected to contribute with good ideas. A lot of personal development opportunities for those who want to grow their skills, embrace of technology like AI etc. Work here is not for someone that wants to coast - it is demanding and pushes you to be your best.

      Cons

      Old school approach at times limits access to the newest tech tools to be competitive.
