This company is looking to be the largest at the expense of anyone. You work alone doing everything from Cleaning property, renting units, changing light bulbs, dumping trash left behind, You're a maintenance man etc... They're getting all the work out the manager or assistant. The Dm's don't know anything about how to operate the business and they don't come out to learn. All directions are via phone or email and when they do call its to let you know you messed up but yet the newer ones don't have a clue on what's right or wrong.
