Pros
-There is unlimited PTOs but depends on your manager approving the vacation but work life balance is much appreciated. -Mostly good people. -Pay is average nothing to brag about. -Free breakfast two days a week. Free soda n snacks. -Covered car park & decent office location.
Cons
-Lost the vision. The only focus being catchup with competitors. -Several instances of promises being broken due with respect to compensation. -Constant threat of layoffs looming over your head. -Super unstable with workforce reduction almost every 6 -8 months mixed with voluntary resignations. -Management does not value people with knowledge and diverse opinions rather they just want "yes-daddy" people around them. -Lot of undeserving people gets promotions often and promotions are never announced showing lack of transparency. -Several poor hires in the recent past.
