Pros

-There is unlimited PTOs but depends on your manager approving the vacation but work life balance is much appreciated. -Mostly good people. -Pay is average nothing to brag about. -Free breakfast two days a week. Free soda n snacks. -Covered car park & decent office location.

Cons

-Lost the vision. The only focus being catchup with competitors. -Several instances of promises being broken due with respect to compensation. -Constant threat of layoffs looming over your head. -Super unstable with workforce reduction almost every 6 -8 months mixed with voluntary resignations. -Management does not value people with knowledge and diverse opinions rather they just want "yes-daddy" people around them. -Lot of undeserving people gets promotions often and promotions are never announced showing lack of transparency. -Several poor hires in the recent past.

No need to work, just show you are working and get false promoters. Some Engineers are hardworking, others enjoy prejudice without work.

Cons

No coordination in team No process is defined Highly partial favours offered to incapable guys. No Internal respect for employees. Politics and Office drama more than work. Highly paid inefficient Support Engineers, some not ALL.Some are good.

Very friendly working culture. Team work is absolutely nice. When took ownership of the ticket, you will get all necessary resources available to resolve customer issue.

Cons

Overall Lifesize Video Cloud solution is very easy and user friendly but Lifesize should work in fast pace to provide more features with Cloud Video Solution.
