Good benefits, competitive salary, generally good coworkers.

Recently changed management, and are extremely focused on increasing stock value. They've had multiple rounds of layoffs, and weren't particularly kind in the way they laid people off. They started slashing perks and benefits, and it started becoming an extremely high pressure environment.
