Beyond the negative listed in the ACTUAL reviews I wanted to add my own as I believe people should know the reality of this "business". ALWAYS lose to competitors ( even at lower price points) Product development is constantly delayed, no insight in product roadmap. Commissions are no where near industry standard. Honestly the negatives out way the positives, and if you can't see that "upper management" are clearly writing reviews with four stars then you deserve to work for this company. All of the people I worked with voluntarily left this company, because of the fact they saw the flaws very quickly. Some of my coworkers left before the 6 month mark. I gave this company a fair shot and unfortunately they gave me all the reasons to leave, and really not one reason to stay, which is sad.

Pretty much everything. Inferior product vs the competition, but that's the least of the worries here. Management is completely inept, unfocused, and in WAY over their heads. Cute titles are made up so the "leadership" can feel high and mighty, but in reality, they're completely lost. "Leadership" is in quotes because none of these fools know how to run a business. Commission for sales reps blows mightily. Paying 1% on all new business revenue is no way to "reward" employees. Hours suck, in-bound leads are promised during the interview process, but in reality, you're left scrapping for whatever business BrightEdge, Conductor, SearchMetrics, and Moz couldn't win. Don't fall for the lies and derail your career at Linkdex and DO NOT listen to what recruiters will promise. It's all non-sense.
