Pros
Great coworkers, benefits, perks. Opportunities to contribute and find fulfillment outside of day to day role. Mixed bag of customer stakeholders like any CSM role, but definitely some good ones
Cons
Very manager dependent. Still a place of politics, "who you know", and "what's your personal brand?" vs performance, merit, and IC feedback. Lots of product challenges and changes. Embarrassingly bad enablement and product roll outs. Very limited career progression in CSM role
