Pros
Work is mostly flexible to your personal schedule.
Cons
Pay is once a month. Job posting advertised $13/hr, while in reality you get paid per task and can make UP TO $13/hr. You generally cannot reach that pay rate because once you get fast enough at the tasks they give you more complex tasks that pay less and take time to learn and get proficient at. If there is an error with your tasks and you cannot successfully complete it, you file an error report, and that takes time that you are not compensated for, which is very annoying when you get 60 in a row. The suggestion that I got was to take a break for a while and try to log back into the system and see if the task type had changed. I generally don't want to be on standby waiting for the problem to get fixed randomly. No mobility in the company what-so-ever. Expected to review your work without compensation.
