Pros

Super easy, pay is good, work from home, no talking on phone, no customer service, no boss. Very, very rarely, you're able to get extra hours.

Cons

Pay is good but you only get 20 hours so it's technically not good, you only get paid for what tasks you work not how long you're online which could heavily outweigh what you get paid for. Low task availability can lead you to being online all day and only getting a couple hours pay, if you only work a couple hours worth of tasks. You have to repeatedly refresh the page which gets so annoying. Because of this, the work/life balance is completely trash. But, if you happen to get a lot of tasks and you're able to complete your time without being online longer than you need to be, you'll only work 3 days and have the rest of the week free. This is normally how it is for me but other people don't even meet their weekly minimum. This happens to be my main source of income so I'm able to focus more on it. But if you have another job, you may not be able to meet your minimum.

Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.
