The community is pleasant and supportive. Professional development is encouraged and often paid for by department heads. Flexible work from home schedule was allowed during the pandemic.
Cons
The gender pay gap is significant at this institution. Salaries are notoriously low for female employees doing the same job as their male counterparts. They say they care about diversity & inclusion but few concrete steps have been taken.
