Pros
It is a great product that has potential to really disrupt the real estate market.
Cons
Unfortunately, management has no idea what they’re doing. They constantly change components of the sales team every other week. For example, they go from having inside sales agents doing full sales cycles, to having the same agents change roles in to account executives and SDRs back to the same reps doing full sales cycles again. Not only that, but they constantly change compensation structures promising money that is not there. The CEO truly doesn’t know how to run a company. It’s apparent they would function better if someone else stepped in to build it up. Lots of great employees are let go on no notice for this reason. They went from 40 employees to under 10 in a 4 month span. Hopefully in the future, they can get management straightened out if they’re still around.
