Remote work and paid on time

Cons

Toxic dysfunctional place to work with lots of fingerprinting, incompetence at management level and constant chaos and change of priorities and direction. Complete mayhem of a company. Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

The individuals who have been brought together by this company

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
