Pros

Good Pay, bonus and fully remote option

Cons

When it was part of calliduscloud, it used to be a good product with efficient staff deriving it. But post acquisition by SAP with SAP itself having the project targeting the same LMS market left it in doldrums and eventually being acquired by Francisco Partners that made the matters worst in terms of job security, The entire indian tech team was removed with no proper explanation though assurance were given at the time of acquisition that staff's position remain non-vulnerable. The CTO is unethical who conveys one thing to the team but does the opposite and doesn't keeps his words. You can be sacked anytime if you join and won't even be given few hours of access to backup your payslips etc from their network as they end the access promptly.

Pros

There are a few positives....including working with some genuinely good colleagues, competitive pay in certain roles, and the option for remote work.

Cons

Management appears to lack adequate training, and there is a noticeable level of favoritism within the organization. The company seems to follow a pattern of frequent hiring followed by regular layoffs, which creates a sense of instability for employees. In particular, leadership within Customer Success can feel unsupportive and lacking in empathy. Workloads are often heavy, and one-on-one meetings can come across as more critical than constructive. There have also been instances of miscommunication, where expectations were not clearly shared with the team but later treated as if they had been. Strange and tense working environment.
