Pros

6% 401k match. they allow for mistakes to happen.

Cons

Upper management attitude is " if you don't like it, find a new job". people are quitting almost as fast as they come in. long time employees are leaving because of low pay and attitude of management. They promise you if you learn new presses, you get more pay but when you do they keep moving the bar, so they don't have to pay you more. Do not question any management, they stick together. Work/home life balance is Terrible, you are force to cover others 12-hour vacation days, even if that means 12 - 12 hours days in a row, 1 off and then start it over again. If you call in, they make you take a vacation day and still give you points. They give you vacation right away when you start but if you use any and you leave with-in a year, they take it out of your last check. 1-30 minutes late = 1point 31 minutes - 2 hours late = 2 points over 2 hours = 3 points 12 points = termination You must sign up 3 weeks in advance for a vacation.

Pros

Transitioning from good to great, new CEO is challenging the status quo of activity equaling achievement. Compensation and benefits are competitive. High level of community involvement and purpose beyond profit.

Cons

Legacy employees need to adapt or move on. Infrastructure systems are antiquated and limited in their ability to do what is needed to use correct data for reporting and tracking.

Pros

Look at the review' s titles, management all gives 5 star reviews, most likely to help boost the overall rating. The reviews from the people on the floor are all bad. Even in one of the management reviews they suggest that legacy employees adapt or move on. That is how toxic the management team is to the floor employees.

Cons

Everything, no work / home life ballance unless you like putting in 60-80 hours a week.
