Little Rocket provides an outstanding work environment that I'm grateful to be a part of for the following reasons: - Management is fair, understanding and values thorough communication - Employees are given independence on projects yet there is support if needed - Space is given for personal development on internal project and self directed learning - Overall the work environment feels very safe, positive, supportive, intellectually engaging and provides opportunity for long term growth.

No major cons, can honestly say this is a great place to work.
