First off, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your personal experiences, and we want to thank you for all of the time and energy that you invested in Beyond Diet and our customers. With that being said, we are very sorry to learn that your time with Beyond Diet has been anything short of superb and did not match our intention of being the best place you ever worked.
At Beyond Diet, we strive for excellence in all that we do, and it’s our goal to create a culture built on integrity, trust, and compassion. It’s our goal to provide a completely positive all-around experience for both our customers and employees. Along those lines, we value all feedback and welcome it with open arms, and that’s why we regularly conduct one on ones with our employees to ensure that we have an accurate pulse on how we’re doing.
While we’re proud to be one of the leading weight loss and nutrition companies online, that also means we’re a fast-growing company, and along those lines, we admit that there may be some challenges. We do our best to mitigate those, and in the rare instance when one does arise, we attempt to address them and correct them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
