Working at BB was one of the strangest experiences in my life. Like the time I was told not to contact anyone that had auto payments but never used the product because if we made them aware they were still getting billed, they may cancel. They make big promises when they hire you, but they don't come true. They really don't care about people. They will hire top notch people, get their advice on what needs to be done, praise them for being "amazing", then fire them because they can't afford them. Of course they don't tell you they are only using you to try and find out how to save this sinking ship. The CEO is clueless as to how businesses run. When the company started they took off, but they don't have a clue as to why. And when the revenues started to dry up, they had no clue how to adjust the company to make it profitable again. CEO is checked out and spend all of his time building his 19,000 sq ft house in the mountains. You have to read his blog post about flying his airplane around the world to big events. All while the long time staff are starving. They don't have a clue so they just cut back to to the amount of staff they can pay from the revenue of those people that are unaware they are still being billed.

Most people that work there are on a power trip. In my look, they are a scam and I hated working for them. They are sneaky with their ordering process and each and every call you get is to cancel their order and the calls are back to back with nothing but cancellations and refund requests. They require you to UPSELL on each and every call and you are required to do 2 rebuttals per call if they call in to cancel. Its stupid and pathetic and creates nothing but stress. There is no secret to the beyond diet program,,,its just common everyday sense on diet and exercise. When I worked for them, I was paid 14.00 per hour, now its like $12.00 per hour. They say its for customer service, but its more of a retention job only. SCREW THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
