Pros
The people here are some of the most collaborative, ambitious, friendly, creative, earnest and incredible people I have ever worked with. They are hard working and supportive, and I've never felt more part of a team than I have with them. I have friends across all departments -- LiveRamp has a strong company culture that makes it easy to say hi to people I've never met, and encourages inclusiveness and inquisitiveness across teams and beyond titles. No heavy handed management either -- just trust and responsibility. The food is also delicious, and the company events are fantastic. Amazing upwards and horizontal mobility; lots of the employees here have moved around departments finding what they like best.
Cons
I've had some major issues with clarity around expectations in my role. I think so much of this is because the roles and expectations and products are in such a state of growth and flux that it's hard to pin down something for longer than a few weeks, but I've had a serious problem getting feedback from management until it's too late. There's a fine line between trusting your team and not communicating when an employee needs guidance, and I think this is definitely something I wish LiveRamp had more of a grasp on.
