Pros
Busy from the moment you sit down until the end of the day. You have to think. You have to pay attention. You have to want to work. This isn't a slacker job. If you think you're going to show up and just socialize throughout the day, look elsewhere. You have productivity goals to meet, you have to have people skills and you have to care. You get an hour for lunch, two breaks, and those I worked around were great people. This is a growing company and you have the opportunity to advance quickly. You take care of them, they'll take care of you. The CEO and his wife and great people to work for. They genuinely care about their company and employees.
Cons
The only con I can think of are the benefits. You do get health, dental and vision but it's expensive (at least for a single person) and while the pay is average, I couldn't justify the amount that would come out of my check for it. It is a new company and I think this will change as they grow and more people sign up for the healthcare benefits.
That's really the only negative thing I can think of, but again, I believe the benefits will get better as this company grows. It broke my heart to have to leave because I knew I was leaving a great place to work for and those are far and few in between. You have your frustrations (computers crashing, unhappy agents) but this is just part of the job.
If you want to work, if you want to use your head, if you want to feel good about going to work, I think you will be successful.
