I would not recommend working for this company on any level.
Everything was unorganized and the building where I worked was falling apart. It took forever for things to get fixed and there was too much drama for one work place. Managers let things slide for fear of losing employees and they never hired enough people.
The human resources department is not employee-focused at all --- do not expect any kind of fair treatment from them.
I was spoken to in a condescending way a lot during my time here. They will make themselves seem as if they have this all around tight-knit family but that is far from the truth. It's more like high school. Lots of favoritism and brown-nosing is shown. The constant passive-aggressive and two-faced/phony behavior among the employees and management is downright ridiculous. Health benefits are pitiful. I have worked for a couple of different hotel management companies and this is by far the worst.
