      Pros

      Pay is based on who you know and not what you know. That's a pro if the boss is ur buddy.

      Cons

      No encouragement whatsoever to work hard. Bosses bring their friends in, pay and promote as needed. Team leads are the most clueless of the bunch killing morale of the team. Hardwork is not compensated...

      Bureaucracy and outdated processes. Limited innovation mindset. Budget pressure and resource constraints. Blurred ownership / accountability. Growth plateau risk. Leadership inconsistency, some decisions don't align with efficiency or logic.
