It's about who you know not what you know

Pros

Pay is based on who you know and not what you know. That's a pro if the boss is ur buddy.

Cons

No encouragement whatsoever to work hard. Bosses bring their friends in, pay and promote as needed. Team leads are the most clueless of the bunch killing morale of the team. Hardwork is not compensated...

Pros

The only positive is having 3 and a half days off. However much of this is spent recovering from the night shift and flipping your sleeping pattern back to normal.

Cons

Poor management, lack of in-house training, illogical shift pattern (going from 2 12 hour day shifts to 2 12 hour night shifts with just 24 hours to adjust to this). Lack of communication between departments. Extremely disorganised.
