Pros
Easy jobs to get. Minimum actual accountability. Basically if you fill your spot and don't make a scene nobody will bother you.
Cons
Inconsistent scheduling. They often schedule you every day of the week even if you're part time while trying to give you as few hours as possible with little regard for your availability. Then they expect you to actually get things done with the few hours you work when there aren't enough people to even help customers. You are told not to skip breaks, but it is obvious that you have to because there are never enough people to cover your shift. You are expected to complete online training every month, but you are never given time to complete it. The operations manager often will implement unfair and unreasonable policies such as the "Power Hour" where no one can take their lunch between 12:00 and 1:00 PM.
