Pros
IT just went under a MAJOR re-org (new CIO, half of upper management removed, etc.) Our new CIO, Mike Brown, is very energetic and has made it very clear that he expects people to be empowered to handle issues. An IT Communications team and several IT Process Improvement teams have been created and there is now a large push for us to better ourselves, our relationships with the Business, our Stores and the community in general. Many people have a new energy and our enjoying their jobs a lot more.
Cons
A lot of the re-org information has not been communicated very clearly across the organization. There are still pockets of people who literally do not know what team they are going to end up on. Some folks are not handling the change well and are struggling. There are also some areas where the re-org has not had a real impact yet.
