Amazing company with world changing technology! - Anonymous employee Lucid AI Employee Review

Admittedly, this is the first review I’ve written on Glassdoor. It’s not because I haven’t had strong opinions about my previous work environments, but I haven’t been emotional enough about a job to post. For the first time in my career, I’ve been able to say “I love my job!” to my friends and family and it feels great. The mere potential for this technology made my decision to come work here easy, but the culture is going to keep me here.

No cons at this time, but I think maintaining this culture throughout rapid growth will be a challenge.

Working at this company is exciting, challenging and full of growth potential. The company culture is positive, supportive and authentic. Everyone is encouraged to spread their wings in the direction they wish to go and helped to do so. There is never a boring moment.

I cannot think of any negatives at this time. The company is striving to build an environment that is attractive to the best talents out there.
