Pros
Mature AI technology now ready for commercialization. Solid customers and committed employees who "get it." It's going to be a great ride.
Cons
Start ups are hard - too few people with more than enough work to go around and no easy template. But, if it was easy then anybody could do it.

People, mission and potential! The team that Lucid has put together has world class experience, high ethics and values and an appreciation for work / life balance. This coupled with quite possibly the most robust and scalable artificial intelligence platform in the world makes Lucid a very exciting company to work for. As with all AI technology development comes responsibility which is first and foremost on the minds of everyone in the company.
Cons
It is hard to quickly scale up an organization when you only hire the best talent!
