Pros
* The people - Although with the high turnover rate almost everyone I started with has now left, so can't really speak on that anymore. * Cool office - The office is quite large and due to the layoffs/burnouts/people quitting, the space feels empty and cold. * Lunch - Nice catered lunch on the mandatory Tuesday and Thursday office days.
Cons
In conclusion, Lucid's leadership will push the boundaries as to what it can get legally get away with. That in essence is your culture. Temporary contracts, concealment of pay scales, skimpy vacation/benefit offerings, a blanket statement of 'we match the industry standard' without telling us what that standard is, a mis-match of WFH policies based on your job title, a lack of resources associated to training and development (having to jump through hoops for a €40 a month coursera program was insulting), a lack of career opportunities in the EMEA office since everything is sales or sales supportive, a lack of investment from management to make current roles more efficient and streamlined, ...... and much much more are a reason as to why your turnover rates in EMEA are abysmal. The water-cooler conversations that you so desperately want us to have every Tuesday and Thursday are mainly around where everyone currently lies in their interview processes elsewhere. Those that can leave have left, those that can't are burnt-out, and those that don't meet the above are probably in the category of people that are causing the above.
