Not good company for long term career development - Anonymous employee Luminit Employee Review

New leadership team made a major negative difference in the work environment which was getting toxic and hostile. They were was not smart enough to choose the efficient approach or made right decisions in organization structure and business opportunities. Everyone was doing thing for their own benefit. They hired some stupidest people to manage and the operations process was a terrible mess. We were treated like animals rather than human being. Overall, this company is a HELL. Run away from it!
