      Pros

      - Recruiters are very good and very helpful. - Lots of team building activities.

      Cons

      - Focusing on Team building but not employer settlement and stability - Very dependent on client and doesn't guarantee steady jobs for employees! - Promise career development but teams are not organised enough and doesn't follow proper standards - No proper documentation for tools and frameworks - No proper team orientation when you are a new joiner - Lots of Lies from Managers - If the client closed your position, you have from 2 weeks to one month max to find internal mobility otherwise you are out

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
