Too much Hierarchy.
Management always talks about negative things.
They had a very good Daimler Project in Berlin however; people not being appraised of doing good job here.
There Automotive lobby is on fire except one in Berlin and upper management is also setting it up on fire with their mean minded thinking of cutting cost, salary freeze and good people started leaving the Daimler project as well.
Too much emphasis on making money while ignoring the employees.
Many people are Expat here, which join the company in less salary and later are stuck, as there is no proper appraisal system here.
In next 6 Months, people from here will join other growing projects like Tesla, Volkswagen etc.
