      Pros

      I got lucky with a great manager and coworkers, which affects the day-to-day attitude in the store. Really good training videos and engagement opportunities were given between Luxottica and employees to earn bonuses or prizes. Good pay AND commission are a plus.

      Cons

      Employee discount is only applicable on select items and there are generally limited opportunities to grow internally.

      Pros

      Direct deposits is only non negative thing I can think of.

      Cons

      If they buy out your private practice run. They will micromanage every little thing you do. They are more customer selling centered not Patient centered. I was let go due to lack of work. I had to fight three months to get my unemployment benefits They didn't not report my wages for the 2024-2025 year. worst possible company to ever work for. They do not value thoer employees at all.
