Executive management is flaky - they hire and fire on a whim. They have been through dozens of executive changes in the last 4 years. Just look at the wayback machine archives of their web site and you'll see how much they churn. This is due to weak leadership from the top. The founder runs the company as a personal bank account to draw from and chases after every money making (losing) idea that happens to be center stage for him. This is not a real company, just a family-owned business that is successful because it's hard not to be successful in the security field today.
